Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping
We currently do offer international shipping only with tracking information If we do, additional charges may apply for customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning an item from outside the USA, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not reimburse international return shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes. Please ensure you use a reliable carrier with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Damages & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
